摘  要:以壳聚糖为改性原料,乙酸水溶液为溶剂,配制成壳聚糖乙酸溶液,对腈纶织物进行壳聚糖改性,以2.0%(owf)酸性嫩黄2G为染色剂,确定最佳改性工艺为:壳聚糖质量浓度为4.0%,浸渍时间30 min,浸渍温度88℃,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间60 s.在此工艺条件下制备的改性腈纶,上染率达到了11.3%,K/S值达到了3.97.分别用酸性红B、酸性嫩黄2G、酸性黑ATT和酸性湖蓝A四种染料对改性腈纶进行的上染性对比实验表明:酸性红B上染效果最佳,其上染率为54.3%,K/S值为7.12.Chitosan as modified acrylic fabric,acetic acid aqueous solution as solvent to prepare chitosan acetic acid solution,the acrylic fabric was modified by chitosan,with the dyeing agent of 2%( owf) acid flavine 2G,the optimal modification process was that the concentration of chitosan is 4%,impregnation time is 30 minutes,dipping temperature was 88 ℃,baking temperature was 140 ℃,baking time was 60 s. Prepared the modified acrylic fabric under this process condition,the dyeing rate reach to 11.3%,and the K/S value was up to 3.97.With the four dyes as the Acid Red B,Acid Flavine 2G,Acid Black ATT and Acid Sky Blue A on modified acrylic for the dyeing experiments show that the Acid Red B dyeing effect is the best,the dyeing rate reach to54.3% and the K/S value reach to 7.12.
