益气健脾、托毒生肌法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气健脾、托毒生肌法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用自拟益气健脾、托毒生肌中药方剂水煎后取汁300 m L,分2次口服,同时应用该药汁150 m L直肠滴入治疗,每晚1次。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗后治疗组临床疗效及内镜疗效总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),腹痛、腹泻、脓血便消失时间均明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论益气健脾、托毒生肌法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效更好。Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Jianpi,Tuodu Shengji therapy on ulcerative colitis.Methods 120 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Jianpi Tuodu Shengji decoction which was decocted to get 300 m L juice,150 m L for oral administration twice per day,150 m L for enteroclysis at night.The control group was given Mesalazine enteric coated tablet by oral administration.4 weeks was one treatment course,and both groups were treated for 2 treatment courses,then the curative effect was observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effectiveness and endoscopic curative effect in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the disappearing time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody mucopurulent stool was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi,Tuodu Shengji therapy has better curative effect on ulcerative colitis.
