3例变应性支气管肺曲霉病患者的用药分析与药学监护

摘　　要：探讨临床药师在变应性支气管肺曲霉病(ABPA)患者治疗中的作用。临床药师参与3例ABPA患者的药物治疗过程,协助医师对激素、抗真菌等药物治疗方案进行优化和完善,根据患者不同基础状况制定个体化给药的抗ABPA方案,并观察治疗效果,提供全方位的药学监护。医师采纳临床药师建议,患者治疗过程顺利,体现临床药师根据掌握的疾病病理特点和药学知识,参与ABPA患者的治疗过程,有效地协助医师确立更完善的个体化治疗方案,有助于临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。Clinical pharmacists were investigated for their role in the treatment of patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis （ ABPA）. In three cases of ABPA patients, clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in optimization and improvement of hormones and anti fungal treatment based on individual situ-ation. By following up treatment effect, a full range of pharmaceutical care was provided. Physicians adopt-ed clinical pharmacists＇ recommendations, and patients underwent the treatment process smoothly. Clinical pharmacists＇ participation in the course of treating patients with ABPA, based on their grasp of pathological physiological characteristics and pharmaceutical knowledge, can effectively assist physicians to establish in-dividualized treatment plan more effectively, and is helpful for clinical rational and safe use of drugs.
