摘　　要：应用BCL-100催化剂在高密度聚乙烯装置上进行管材专用树脂TUB121 N3000工业试验。试验中装置运行平稳,高负荷下混炼机功率稳定;BCL-100催化剂活性达28 000 kg/kg,与参比催化剂相比,活性提高约80%;生产的粉料粒径分布集中,大颗粒和小颗粒含量较少,有利于装置的长周期运行;生产的树脂性能优异,达到优级品标准。The industrial application of the BCL-100 catalyst is carried out in the HDPE plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company to produce the pipe material TUB121 N3000 of PE100 grade. The plant runs smoothly with the BCL-100 catalyst while extruder power keeping stable at high load condition. BCL-100 catalyst＇s activity is up to 28 000 kg/kg, about 80% higher over the reference catalyst. The particle size distribution of powders produced by BCL-100 is narrow with fewer large and small powders, which is good for longer operation cycle. The resin performance is excellent, up to the standard of premium grade.
