摘 要:分析了回用含磷中水时循环水中碳酸钙、磷酸钙的结垢趋势,探讨了含磷水质的阻垢缓蚀方案。通过动态模拟试验,评价了以磺酸盐共聚物、膦羧酸及锌盐为主要组分的阻垢缓蚀改进方案的应用效果。结果表明,通过加酸调节循环水的p H值为7.8~8.8,控制有机膦含量为3.0~5.0 mg/L,低磷复合阻垢缓蚀剂ZH442(BL-442)可满足该循环水系统中水回用比例为30%~35%、浓缩3.0~4.5倍时的阻垢及缓蚀要求。This paper analyzes the scaling tendency of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate in recycled phosphorus water, discusses solution to the scaling and corrosion affecting phosphorous water quality, and evaluates the application of anti-scaling corrosion improvement program with sulfonate copolymer, phosphonic acid and zinc salt as the main inhibitor based on dynamic simulation test. The experimental results show that, by adding acid to adjust circulating water pH value between7.8-8.8 and controlling organic phosphine content within 3.0-5.0 mg/L ( In the P043 ) , the low phosphorus compound scale-corrosion inhibitor ZH442 ( BL-442 ) can satisfy scale-corrosion inhibition requirements of the circulating water system when water reuse ratio at 30%-35% and concentration times at 3.0-4.5.
