摘 要:对大孔出流和小孔出流理论的重力铸造第一股金属液流速进行了计算与对比,并用MAGMA模拟软件进行模拟分析,通过对比模拟结果和公式计算的结果,得出以下结论:(1)第一股内浇道出流金属液速度最大,最容易对砂型造成破坏,可以通过理论计算进行初步评估;(2)大孔出流理论尝试评估小截面比铸造浇注系统的实际静压头高度,相比小孔出流理论更接近现实,因而具有更高的参考价值;(3)MAGMA软件模拟的结果与2种理论的计算值均有区别,但与大孔出流理论的预测值更为接近。The flow rate of the first metal flow in the gravity casting of the large orifice discharge and the small orifice discharge was calculated and compared. The simulation results were analyzed by MAGMA simulation software. Compared with the results of the simulation and formula,results were followed: (1)The first melt in the runner outflow had the highest speed. It most likely to cause damage to the sand which can be calculated through the initial assessment. (2)The theory of large-hole effluent was used in trying to evaluate the actual static pressure height. It was closer to the reality than the small hole outflow theory and had higher reference value. (3)MAGMA software simulation results were different from the calculated values of both two theories, but were closer to the predicted values of the large-hole outflow theory.
