坤泰胶囊联合尼尔雌醇治疗更年期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合尼尔雌醇片治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月在平顶山市第二人民医院治疗的更年期综合征患者82例,随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(42例)。对照组口服尼尔雌醇片,2mg/次,1次/2周,至症状改善后改用1~2 mg/次,2次/月。治疗组在对照组基础上口服坤泰胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组均治疗12周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的性激素水平和子宫内膜厚度。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72.50%、85.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组KMI评分的下降程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组E_2水平显著升高,子宫内膜厚度显著增厚,而卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合尼尔雌醇片治疗更年期综合征具有较好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状,调节性激素水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with Nilestriol Tablets in treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods Patients （82 cases） with menopausal syndrome in Pingdingshan the Second People＇s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the control group （40 cases） and the treatment group （42 cases）. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nilestriol Tablets, 2 mg/time, once every two weeks, until the symptoms improved, After improvement of symptoms, usage and dosage was changed to 1 — 2 mg/time, twice monthly. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kuntai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.50% and 85.71%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, KMI scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P〈0.05）. And the KMI score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, E2 levels and endometrial thickness were significantly increased, but FSH levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with Nilestriol Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of menopausal syndrome, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate sex hormone level, which has a certain clinical ap
