摘  要:对转炉氧枪粘钢的原因进行分析,重点分析了新氧枪粘钢难处理的原因。通过枪位控制、加料控制、铁水w(Si)低时的特殊操作等措施来预防氧枪粘钢,并介绍了其具体的冶炼操作过程。通过以上措施,氧枪枪龄大大提高,取得了良好的效果。Causes of steel adhesion on oxygen lance in converter were analyzed, especially the causes of steel adhesion on new oxygen lance which was difficult to remove. Measures such as oxygen lance position control, raw material feeding control, special operations for low silicon content in molten iron were carried out to prevent steel adhesion on oxygen lance, and specifics of the smelting operation processes were introduced. Service life of oxygen lance was increased a lot by the preventive measures, which achieved good effects.
