摘  要:对热风管系隔热衬轻质砖及工作衬重质砖进行了调研,发现对于隔热衬轻质砖,现有厂家制定的标准中耐压强度及荷重软化温度的指标应适当提高,轻质莫来石砖的性能优于轻质高铝砖;对于工作衬重质砖而言,荷重软化温度和蠕变率用于衡量耐火材料在高温工作过程中的使用性能和体积稳定性,为关键指标。Lightweight brick used for insulation lining and heavyweight brick used for working lining of hot-air pipes were investigated. It was found that the existing indexs established by the manufacturer standard such as compressive strength and refractoriness under load of lightweight brick in insulation lining should be increased, the performance of lightweight mullite brick is superior to that of lightweight high-alumina brick. For the heavyweight brick in working lining, refractoriness under load and creep strain rate are used to measure the performance and volume stability of the refractory during high temperature operation process, as the key indicators.
