摘 要:为研究SDA脱硫灰应用于石灰石石膏法的可行性,在实验室模拟石灰石石膏湿法脱硫工艺环境,开展石灰石的溶解特性实验,分析了pH值、温度、反应时间、SDA脱硫灰的掺入方式及掺入量等因素对石灰石溶解度的影响,得出最优石灰石溶解工艺方案为:温度为30℃,反应时间为10min,pH值为5,SDA脱硫灰以不代替石灰石的方式掺入,且掺入量可达到30%~40%,石灰石溶解率并不受影响。To study the feasibility of applying SDA desulphurized ash in limestone plaster method, technical environment of limestone plaster wet desulphurization was simulated in the laboratory, Experiments on dissolution characteristics of limestone were carried out. Influences of pH value, temperature, reaction time, blending method and blending quantity on limestone dissolution were analyzed. Results show the optimal dissolution process of limestone as follows: temperature is 30 ℃, pH value is 5, SDA desulphurized ash is blended with the method of not replacing limestone, and its blending quantity can reach up to 30 % - 40 %, which has no effect on limestone dissolution ratio.
