摘　　要：道路交通监控视频是主要的道路信息资源之一,被众多交通信息平台汇聚与共享应用。比如已在公安交通部门广泛推广应用的公安交通集成指挥平台。交通集成指挥平台主要提供实时视频访问、视频巡逻、历史视频访问等功能,无法在不同终端用户间进行语音、影像即时互动。因而有必要在交通集成指挥平台与视频会议系统间进行对接,使得公安视频会议系统能够共享交通集成指挥平台已经汇聚的道路监控视频资源。Road traffic surveillance video is one of the main road information resources, which is gathered and shared by many traffic information platforms. For example, the application of public security traffic integrated command platform .Traffic integrated command platform mainly provides real-time video access, video patrol, historical video access and other functions. Unable to interact with voice and video between different end users. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the connection between the traffic integrated command platform and the video conference system. So that the public security video conference system can share the traffic monitoring video resources.
