摘　　要：以某办公建筑为研究对象,对围护结构的改造方案进行了模拟分析。根据模拟结果对方案进行了经济性分析。分析结果表明:外墙选取泡沫玻璃保温体系性价比最高,外窗选取镀low-e膜中空玻璃性价比、屋面选取硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料体系性价比最高。Taking an office building as the research object, Simulation analysis renovation scheme of building palisade structure. In addition, based on the simulation, an economic analysis of energy saving reconstruction with different types was presented. The results show that using bubble glass thermal insulation system is most cost effective of external walls, selection plating low-e film insulating glass is most cost effective of external windows and using polyurethane thermal insulation system is most effective of external roof.
