摘 要:渐进成形中,工具头在成形过程中不断推压板料,造成板料产生扭曲变形,影响零件的尺寸精度。为降低零件扭曲程度,提高零件成形精度,以方锥件为例,借助有限元数值模拟,研究渐进成形过程中板料扭曲变形规律,并采用单因素分析法,分析渐进成形各工艺参数对板料扭曲的影响。结果显示,零件底部和侧壁的板料产生了一定程度的扭曲,随着成形深度的增加,扭曲位移最大的位置逐渐向侧壁中部靠近,最终扭曲程度沿侧壁大致呈抛物线分布,且随着工具头半径的减小和层间距的增大,零件扭曲程度加剧。结果表明,通过改变工具头半径和层间距能降低零件扭曲程度,提高零件成形精度。Because the continued push of the forming tool to the blank in the incremental forming process, the blank was distorted and the dimensional accuracy of parts was affected. To reduce the distortion of parts and improve the forming precision, taking square cone-shaped part for example, the regulation of deformation was studied by means of finite element numerical simulation, and the influences of parame- ters on distortion were studied by the single factor analysis method. The results show that the bottom and side wail of part are distorted to some extent. With the increase of forming depth, the position of the maximum distortion displacement is close to the middle part, and the distortion occurs parabola distribution along the lateral wall finally. Furthermore, the distortion of parts increases with the decrease of tool radius and the increase of layer spacing. The results show that the distortion of parts can be reduced and the precision can be improved by changing the tool radius and layer spacing.
