摘 要:主动配电网技术加强了配电网对可再生能源的吸纳能力,但是由于新能源(如风能、太阳能)的间歇性和不稳定性,以及分布式电源接入配电网所需要的电力电子器件调控,给配电网引入了谐波污染。本文针对分布式电源引入谐波的情况,提出采用电力滤波器综合配置的方法进行主动配电网谐波综合治理。首先采用无源电力滤波器通过网络固有节点法治理含量较多的谐波次数,然后分步逐个加入有源电力滤波器进一步改善滤波效果。仿真算例表明,本文提出的主动配电网电力滤波器综合配置法能够有效治理谐波,保证主动配电网各节点谐波电压含有率和电压总谐波畸变率满足IEC61000-2-2标准的要求。The technology of active distribution network (ADN)strengthens the absorption capacity of renewable energy sources for the distribution network. However, the characteristics of intermittence and instability of some new energy sources including wind energy and solar energy, together with the regulation of power electronic devices required in the grid connection of distributed generation, bring harmonic pollution to the distribution network. To solve this problem, a comprehensive configuration method of power filters is put forward in this paper to suppress the harmonics in ADN net- work. First, inherent structure network method is used to suppress the dominating harmonic orders by using passive power filters (PPFs). Second, the filtering performance is improved by adding active power fihers (APFs) one by one. Simulation examples show that the proposed comprehensive configuration method of power filters can effectively sup- press the harmonies in ADN, and ensure that the harmonic ratio and the total harmonic distortion of voltages at all nodes satisfy the requirement of IEC61000-2-2 standard.
