摘  要:针对随机出力的分布式电源,准确处理出力不确定影响导致的配电网重构问题,基于置信区间合理构造配电网故障恢复的多目标函数与约束条件,提出简化的拓扑结构模型。利用序优化理论合理缩减组合优化问题的解空间。基于蝙蝠算法对由序优化理论选取的满意解在配电网重构模型中进行全局寻优,避免对孤岛内外负荷分别进行处理,在较短时间内得到更理想的最优解。通过对IEEE33算例进行仿真计算可得,该理论能体现出良好的寻优性能,从而验证其应用在含随机出力分布式电源的配电网重构优化领域的合理性与有效性。In order to accurately solve the problem of distribution network reconfiguration caused by the output random- ness characteristics of distributed generations (DG), a simplified topological model is built by reasonably formulating a multi-objective function and the constraint conditions of distribution network fault recovery based on confidence inter- val. Ordinal optimization theory is introduced to reduce the solution space of the combinatorial optimization problem, and the satisfactory solution can be used in the search for a global optimization of the reeonfiguration model based on bat algorithm. The proposed method can avoid treating the internal and external loads separately and obtain a more ideal op- timal solution in a shorter time. Based on the simulation of an IEEE 33-node system, it can be concluded that the pro- posed method has better search performance, which verifies the validity and effectiveness of its applications to the field of distribution network reconfiguration with DGs characterized by output randomness.
