摘  要:含调幅波或间谐波的电压信号会引起闪变,但IEC61000-4-15标准中的闪变仪是基于调幅波模型,其缺陷是不能检测高频间谐波引起的闪变。本文提出一种基于全相位谱的闪变检测方法。首先分析了间谐波与闪变的关系,建立了统一的闪变模型,将调幅波或间谐波引起的闪变效应统一表示为电压波动分量,从而转化为闪变贡献量;其次,运用全相位谱分析方法对闪变信号进行频谱分析,通过全相位比值法得到各间谐波分量参数;最后,算例对单频闪变信号和多频闪变信号进行全相位分析,仿真结果与IEC推荐方法和Prony法得到的结果进行对比,证明了本文方法的有效性和准确性。The voltage signals with amplitude waves or inter-harmonics may cause flicker. However, the flicker caused by high frequency inter-harmonics cannot be detected by the flicker-meter as stipulated in the IEC61000-4-15 standard because the meter is based on an amplitude-modulation wave model. In this paper, a flicker detection method is pro- posed based on all-phase spectrum method. Firstly, based on the analysis of the relationship between inter-harmonics and flicker, a unified flicker model is established, and the flicker effect caused by amplitude modulation waves or inter- harmonics is expressed as voltage fluctuation component, which is thus transformed into a contributing factor to the flicker. Secondly, the frequency spectrum of the flicker signal is analyzed using the all-phase spectrum method, and the parameter of each inter-harmonic component is obtained through the all-phase ratio method. Finally, the single and multi-frequency flicker signals are analyzed in numerical examples using the all-phase spectrum method, and the com- parison between the simulation results and those obtained by the IEC recommended method and Prony method indicates the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
