以创新能力培养为目标的课程改革探析——以《前厅客房服务与管理》为例

摘  要:学生毕业后不愿意去客房部工作,酒店又急缺有创新能力的酒店专业人才的问题。文章通过调研分析,找出症结所在,加入以创新能力培养为目标的课程改革理念,从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段及教学考核等方面注入新的内容和元素,解决这一难题,提高学生的职业服务意识,实现学生能力从服务技能向管理技能转化,从单项技能向综合技能转化。Our graduates don't want to go to the housekeeping department work, and lack of innovation ability of hotel professionals. Through research analysis, find out the crux, joined with innovation ability training is the target of curriculum reform idea, from the teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching means and teaching appraisal inject new content and elements, and solve this problem, improve the students'professional service consciousness, implement the student ability from the service skills to the management transformation, from single to comprehensive skills.
