摘 要:目的了解心理健康、生活事件对本科护生睡眠质量的影响。方法以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数的量表(PSQI)、大学生心理健康量表及自编生活事件对睡眠质量调查问卷,调查辽宁中医药大学护理学院311名本科护生睡眠情况。结果本科护生PSQI总分(8.65±3.49),56.91%本科护生的睡眠质量差。影响本科护生睡眠质量生活事件为学习考试压力、家庭矛盾、恋爱问题、人际关系、本人/家属疾病困扰,就业压力;影响本科护生睡眠质量的心理健康因子有人际关系紧张与敏感、心理承受力差、适应力差、情绪失调、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执、躯体化。多元逐步回归分析显示,躯体化、人际关系、学习考试压力、心理承受力差可解释睡眠质量变化的37%。结论本科护生的睡眠质量较差,影响睡眠质量的因素较多,学校管理者应重视并给予正确指导,促进其身心健康。Objective To investigate the impact of mental health and life events on the quality of sleep in nursing undergraduates. Methods A survey on the quality of sleep was conducted among 311 nursing undergraduates through the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (CPSQI) , College Student Mental Health Scale and the self-designed questionnaire about the effect of life events on the quality of sleep. Results The total score of PSQI in the nursing undergraduates was ( 8.65+3.491, and 56.91% of the un- dergraduates reported poor quality sleep. Life events affecting the undergraduates ' quality of sleep included study and exam stress, family conflict, affections, interpersonal relationship, disease trouble from self/family members and employment pressure. The psychological factors influencing quality of sleep of the undergraduates were as follows : tension and sensitivity in interpersonal relation- ships, poor psychological endurance, poor adaptability, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, hostility, paranoid and somatization. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that somatization, interpersonal relationships, study and exam stress and poor psychological endurance could explain 37% of the changes in the quality of sleep. Conclusions The quality of sleep of the undergrad- uates is poorer. The factors affecting their quality of sleep are various ; and hence, university administrators should pay special attention to them and give correct guidance so as to promote their physical and mental health.
