摘　　要：随着国家经济的发展,以微博、微信等为主的新媒体逐渐被人们掌握,并获得人们认可,尤其是在电子产品日新月异的今天,新媒体更是受到重视。在新媒体出现以后,各个高校组建了新闻摄影队伍,通过宣传提升了学校在社会上的形象,但通过对高校学生新闻摄影队伍建设现状的研究可以发现,其中还存在不少问题,因此,本文将从高校学生新闻摄影队伍建设现状入手,重点研究新媒体环境下高校学生新闻摄影队伍建设措施。With the development of national economy, such as weibo, WeChat based new media gradually mastered by people, and get people to recognize, especially in today＇s electronic products, new media is taken seriously. In the coming of the new media, the various colleges set up the news photography team, through publicity for raising the image of schools in society, but through the research on the current situation of the construction of college student news photography team. There are existing many problems, therefore, this paper shows the current situation of university student news photography team construction, it also presents measures of key research college students under the new media environment news photography team construction.
