摘　　要：综述了葡聚糖微球自开发以来的应用进展,主要对葡聚糖微球的制备方法及其在分离纯化、微载体应用、医药三个方面的应用和发展前景进行了介绍和总结。This paper presented an overview on the preparation and application of dextran microspheres, especially introduced and summarized the application and prospects in area of separation and purification, cell culture and medicine.
