摘  要:为了研究新化合物HNPC-A13351优化物HNPC-A14073对害螨的杀螨活性,采用浸渍法研究了HNPC-A14073对棉红蜘蛛的杀螨活性,其对害螨的活性经田间小区防治柑桔红蜘蛛的药效试验确证。试验结果表明,HNPC-A14073对棉红蜘蛛具有高活性,LC_(50)值为0.056 mg/L;田间试验结果也表明,HNPC-A14073对柑桔红蜘蛛的防治效果稍优于同等剂量条件下的对照药剂丁氟螨酯,具有进一步研究与开发价值。In order to study the acaricidalactivity of HNPC-A14073, the optimization compound of HNPC- A13351, the acaricidal activity against tetrartychus cinnabarinus of HNPC-A14073 by immersion method was studied, and its acaricidal activity against Panonychuscitri McGregor was confirmed in the field trials. The results indicated that HNPC-A14073 exhibited high levels of acaricidal activity against tetrartychus cinrtabarinusat the value of LC50 0.056 mg/L. The field trials also showed that the efficacy of HNPC-A14073 against Panonychuscitri McGregor was a little better than that of cyflumetofen at the same dosage, and HNPC-A14073 was valuable for further research and development.
