摘　　要：论文通过对老年人出游APP用户体验的众多影响因素的资料收集和数据分析,根据用户体验各个影响因素的重要程度给出层次化的指标体系,并建立度量模型,对度量模型进行权重计算和数据分析,得出众多用户体验因素的重要性及其对老年人出游APP产品满意度的影响。通过建立基于模糊理论的用户体验度量模型,对用户满意度进行量化分析,为用户体验的迭代优化提供一定的研究基础,以期更好地服务于老年人的出游。Through the data collection and data analysis among all the factors affecting the user experience of travel APP for the elderly,a hierarchical index system and measurement model are established based on the importance of multiple influencing factors of the user experience.Weight calculation and data analysis are carried out on the measurement model. The influence of evaluation of importance ranking on user satisfaction is obtained. By pointing out the user experience measurement model on the basis of the fuzzy theory,the user satisfaction is quantified and analyzed. The paper provides a certain research foundation for the iterative optimization of user experience in order to make a bet-ter service for the elderly travel.
