基于企业工作环境的高职课程改革研究与实践

摘　　要：本研究依据现代高等职业教育课程改革目标,对课程企业工作环境仿真做了深入的研究,论述了课程企业工作环境的内涵,主要研究内容包括:如何搭建课程企业工作环境;全盘企业化与课程的企业工作环境仿真的区分;课程企业工作环境差异化。通过以数控技术应用专业为例,论述了基于企业工作环境的高职课程改革实践过程。综上所述,高等职业教育教学改革中运用课程企业工作环境仿真的方法能够大幅度的提高当前人才培养质量,培养出符合企业职业岗位需求的技术人才。The study was based on modern higher vocational education curriculum reform goals, studied of the business environment simulation,discussed the connotation of the enterprise work environment course. The main contents include ：How to build a business course work environment;Compared of the difference between comprehensive enterprise and course business environment simulation;Differentiation of curriculum and corporate work environment. In NC Majors,the paper discussed the practice of vocational curriculum reform process based enterprise work environment. In summary,the vocational education teaching reform would use this method can greatly improve the quality of personnel training,in order to cultivate technical personnel to meet the requirements.
