摘　　要：背景右美托咪定（dexmedetomidine，Dex）是一种高度选择性的仅α2肾上腺受体激动剂，具有镇静、镇痛、抗炎、抗焦虑作用，在围手术期得到广泛应用。目的为Dex提高术后恢复质量的进一步临床研究提供参考。内容介绍麻醉和手术后恢复质量测量的相关量表、临床研究，探讨Dex提高恢复质量的相关机制。趋向Dex可有效提高患者术后的恢复质量。Background Dexmedetomidine （Dex）, a highly selective α2 adrenergie receptor agonist, possesses sedative, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anxiolytic properties, and is widely used during perioperative period. Objective To provide insights for clinical practice applying Dex to improve postoperative recovery. Content Either intravenous or intranasal administration of Dex improves postoperative recovery in both aged and young patients subject to a variety of surgeries, probably because of its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anxiolytie effects. Additionally, co-application of Dex reduces the dosages of other analgesics, and limits the side-effects of those drugs, including nausea, vomiting, shivering, and sleep disturbance, etc. These benefits together could ultimately accelerate post-operative recovery. Trend Although the clinical benefits of Dex in post-surgery management is recognized in the field, but the underlying mechanisms are still unclear, and need to be addressed in the future.
