摘 要:分别以5%、10%、15%浓度的PEG-6000溶液作渗透介质模拟干旱胁迫,评价六份川西北短芒披碱草种质材料萌发期的抗旱性差异。结果表明,5%浓度PEG-6000有利于促进六份种质的萌发,10%和15%的PEG-6000对抗旱性较弱的种质抑制作用显著大于抗旱性强的种质(P<0.05);六份种质的萌发抗旱指数、种子活力指数、相对发芽率和相对发芽势的抗旱能力评价均与隶属函数法综合评价所得结果一致,相对芽长和相对根长的抗旱性评价结果与隶属函数法综合评价有差异。根据隶属函数分析,萌发期抗旱性顺序为:红10-5>205176>205133>红6-5>204290>205104。The drought tolerance of six accessions of Elymus breviaristatus from northwest plateau of Sichuan province at germination stage was assessed by simulated drought stress with the control(CK,distilled water),5%,10%,15% PEG-6000 solution respectively.The results showed that 5% PEG treatment could improve seeds germination of all accessions,while,with 10%and 15% PEG treatment,inhibitory effect on drought-sensitive accessions were significantly(P0.05)greater than drought-resistant ones.Germination drought resistance index(GDRI),vigor index(VI),relative germination rate(RGR),relative germination potential(RGP)of six accessions were all consistent with the drought resistance of the comprehensive evaluation of subordinative function analysis.The results of drought resistance evaluation of relative plumule length(RPL)and relative radicle length(RRL)were slightly different from the comprehensive evaluation of subordinative function analysis.Based on the subordinate function analysis of six seed germination characteristics,the order of drought resistance of six Elymus breviaristatus accessions were revealed as follows:Red 10-5 205176 205133 Red 6-5 204290 205104.
