摘  要:用人工低温胁迫的方法对肇东苜蓿(P_1)和WL323紫花苜蓿(P_2)杂交所得的190株F_2代幼苗进行24h和48h的4℃低温处理,研究F_2代群体SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量在低温胁迫下的动态变化,并对其进行综合聚类分析。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,肇东苜蓿SOD活性呈先快速升高后下降的趋势,WL323紫花苜蓿及F_2代SOD活性呈逐渐升高的趋势;三者的POD活性均呈先升高后下降的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量呈逐渐增加的趋势。3个指标在F_2代群体中呈连续变异,分布频率总体接近正态分布,同时存在双向超亲分离现象,在聚类分析中,F_2群体间存在较大的遗传差异。Using artificial low temperature stress method,190 seedlings of F_2 generation from the hybrid between Zhaodong alfalfa(P_1)and WL323alfalfa(P_2)were treated at 4℃for 24 hand 48hto study the dynamic changes of SOD(superoxide dismutase)activity,POD(peroxidase)activity and soluble protein content in F_2 generation population under low temperature stress,and a comprehensive cluster analysis was done.The results showed that the SOD activity of Zhaodong alfalfa was increased at first and then decreased under low temperature stress,and the SOD activity of WL323 alfalfa and F_2 was gradually increased;the POD activity of the three subjects showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;the soluble protein content showed a gradually increasing trend.The three indicators in the F_2 population showed continuous variation,distribution of overall frequency was close to the normal distribution.At the same time,there were two way super affinity separation,in the cluster analysis,there were a large genetic difference among F_2 populations.
