摘 要:针对一种特殊用途重载轴承在使用时存在边缘效应、局部应力较大和使用寿命较低的问题,建立轴承的详细接触分析有限元模型并进行验证。采用工程对数凸型对滚子型线参数进行优选设计,用Python程序实现滚子节点网格参数自动更新,实现多方案的自动分析。对不同型面修型参数和滚子圆角半径进行多方案计算,得到了优选方案,避免边缘效应,并使轴承滚子和内圈应力下降了15%以上,效果显著。For the problems of a bearing for special-purpose such as larger local stress and shorter life caused by the edge effect in service, a detailed contact analysis finite element model of the bearing is established and validated. The optimal design of the roller profile parameters are made by the engineering logarithmic convex equation. By python language, the roller nodes and the mesh parameters are automatically modified. Multi-scheme automatic analysis is realized. Multi-scheme calculation is done on modification parameters for different profiles and roller root radius. The optimization scheme is obtained to avoid the edge effect. The stress of roller and inner ring is reduced by more than 15%, which is of significant effect.
