摘 要:目的研究石菖蒲的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等分离方法分离纯化化合物,运用1D-NMR、2D-NMR等光谱数据解析鉴定化合物结构。结果从石菖蒲75%乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:菖蒲烯二醇(1)、enone(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、细辛醛(5)、β-细辛醚(6)和α-细辛醚(7)。结论化合物菖蒲烯二醇(1)和enone(2)均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective To extract and separate systematically the chemical constituents of Acori tatarinowii Schott. Methods The compounds were isolated and pured by means of various chromatographic techniques such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D, 2D-NMR spectroscopic data analysis. Results Seven compounds,which were isolated from the 75% ethanol extracts of Acori tatarinowii Schott, were as elucidated as calamendiol,enone, β-sitosterol, phthalic acid dibutyl ester,asaronaldehyde, β-asarone and α-asarone. Conclusion Compounds calamendiol and enone were obtained from the plant for the first time.
