摘 要:开发高强韧钛合金是钛合金材料发展最为重要的方向,由于高强韧钛合金中添加了大量β稳定元素,使得该类合金的形变机制非常复杂。主要从滑移、孪生及应力诱发马氏体相变方面概述了高强韧钛合金的室温形变机制,并根据高强韧钛合金室温形变机制研究现状提出建议:不仅要研究单轴加载下的形变行为,更要考虑实际工况中不同载荷方式下材料的形变机制;另外,引起材料及构件断裂往往是微区组织的非均匀塑性变形累积产生微裂纹导致,因此,重点研究形变损伤过程中合金微区组织的形变机制,是揭示高强韧钛合金室温形变机制的关键。The development of high strength-toughness titanium alloys is the most important directions in the develop- ment of titanium alloys. Due to the addition of a large number of B-stabilizing elements, the deformation mechanisms are very complicated. This paper mainly outlined the deformation mechanisms of the high strength-toughness titanium alloys including slip, twinning and stress-induced martensitic transformation at room temperature. In addition, some suggestions are listed on research of deformation mechanisms. Not only the deformation behavior under uniaxial loading is considered , but also the actual conditions of different load under the material deformation mechanism should be researched. Furthermore, the breakage of materials and components is often caused by micro-cracks in the non-uniform plastic deformation of the microstructures. Therefore, it is the key to reveal the deformation mechanism of them at room temperature by focusing on the deformation mechanism of microstructures in the process of deformation damage.
