摘 要:对钒渣添加石灰石氧化焙烧过程进行了研究,分析了工艺参数变化对钒浸出效果的影响及其与物相转化行为的关系.结果表明,在实验条件下,焙烧熟料微观形貌一般呈多物相聚合形态,包括细条或粒状固溶体R_2O_3、熔化或半熔态的偏钒酸钙(Ca,Mg)(VO_3)_2和焦钒酸钙(Ca,Mg)_2V_2O_7、条状铁板钛矿Fe_2TiO_5及辉石相.随焙烧温度和钙钒比(CaO/V_2O_5质量比)提高及加热速度降低,钒浸出率增加.但温度和钙钒比过高、加热速度过慢均使硅钙反应加强,形成Al_(1.77)Ca_(0.88)Si_(2.23)O_8或Ca_2SiO_4,不利于钒的转化和浸出.适宜的焙烧条件为焙烧温度约900℃,加热速度2~2.66℃/min,钙钒比0.6.The process of oxidation roasting of vanadium slag with participation of limestone was studied. The effects of process parameter variation on leaching of vanadium slag and the relationship between those and the behavior of phase transformations were analyzed. The results showed that the micro morphology of the roasted clinker generally presents the aggregation of the multiple phases under the experimental conditions, including thin or granular solid solution R203, molten or semi molten calcium metavanadate (Ca,Mg)(VO3)2 and calcium pyrovanadate (Ca,Mg)2V207, stripy pseudobrookite Fe2TiO5 and augite. The vanadium leaching rate was increased with raising the roasting temperature and the CaO/V205 mass ratio and decreasing the heating rate. However, excessively high roasting temperature and CaO/V2O5 mass ratio, and excessively low heating rate enhance the reaction of silica and calcia to form Al1.77Ca0.88Si2.2308 or Ca2SiO4, which are not favorable to the transformations and the leaching of vanadium. Appropriate roasting conditions are the roasting temperature at about 900 ℃, heating rate at 2-2.66 ℃/min and CaO/V2O5 mass ratio of 0.6.
