摘　　要：以吴贻芳执掌金陵女子大学(1928-1951)时期为时间区域,考查和再现其女子师范体育教育思想精华。研究认为:女大教育经历、厚生精神传承是吴贻芳女子师范体育教育思想的形成基础;注重营养保育-形体纠正-体育锻炼的体质健康观、女性倾向-个体差异-方法灵活的因材施教观、基础全面-特长明显-严格准出的师资培养观是其体育教育思想的实践体现;爱国教育、精英教育、全人教育是其体育教育思想的时代特征;吴贻芳女子师范体育教育思想对当前我国学生体质健康促进、女子体育师资培养具有重要启示和时代价值。This paper analyzed Wu Yifang＇s ideology on P. E. of women＇s education from 1928 to 1951, the time during which she presided Jinling Women＇s University. Her early educational experience in the women＇s university and the spirit of benefiting the people were the basis of her educational thoughts, which focused on health building based on nutrition and children＇s welfare, shape training, and physical exercise. They focused on teaching in accordance to differences of individuals and women＇s needs, and on teacher development with solid professional foundation and special skills were practical. Patriotism, elite education, holistic education was the centre of her educational thoughts, which still was important and valuable for promoting the women＇s fitness and women＇s P. E. teachers.
