大学生自我效能感对就业信心和社会适应能力的影响分析

摘　　要：通过考察大学生一般自我效能感和就业信息之间的相关性,发现女生的自我效能感和就业信心明显低于男生。毕业生的就业信心与一般自我效能感和兼职经历是正相关,但就业信心与高考成绩和专业成绩相关性不显著。通过考察自我效能感在不同籍贯、是否独生子女和社会适应能力描述的相关性,笔者发现大学生自我效能感的数值和社会适应能力数值之间呈显明显的正相关,自我效能感得分越高,社会适应能力指数越高,表明大学生自我效能感越强其越能很好的适应社会环境。Based on the investigation of the correlation between college students ＇ general self-efficacy and employment information, it is found that girls＇ self-efficacy and employment confidence are significantly lower than those of boys. The employment confidence is positively correlated with the general selfefficacy and the part-time job experience, but there is not a significant correlation between the employment confidence and the college entrance examination scores as well as professional achievement. Through the investigation of self-efficacy in different origins, whether or not the one-child and social adaptation ability to describe the correlation, it is found that significant positive correlation exists between values of social self-efficacy and those of college students ＇ adaptability. Self-efficacy scores higher and social adaptability index is high, which shows that the stronger the self-efficacy college students possess, the better they can adapt themselves to the social environment.
