摘  要:目的:探讨个体化健康教育在脊髓损伤伴肢体瘫痪患者康复中的临床应用效果。方法:选取信宜市人民医院2014年7月-2016年7月收治的80例脊髓损伤伴肢体瘫痪患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用常规传统方法对脊髓损伤伴肢体瘫痪患者进行护理以及健康教育,观察组在常规护理以及健康教育方法的前提下,对脊髓损伤伴肢体瘫痪患者进行个体化健康教育的指导。比较两组患者在健康教育前后的SDS、SAS评分,比较观察组与对照组患者的满意度。结果:护理前,两组SDS、SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为95%,明显高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化健康教育有利于脊髓损伤伴肢体瘫痪患者的康复。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of individualized health education on rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury complicated with limb paralysis.Method: From July 2014 to July 2016, 80 cases of patients with spinal cord injury with limb paralysis were selected, they were divided into the coiatrol group and the observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group was only used conventional traditional method for spinal cord injury patients with limb paralysis with care and health education, the observation group was used traditional method combined with individualized health education.Before and after health education, SAS, SDS score, patients' satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result: Before nursing, SAS, SDS score of two groups, there were no statistical significance (P〈0.05), after nursing, SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Patients' satisfaction in the observation group was 95%, the control group was 75%, the difference was statistically significant between two groups ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Individualized health education is favour of patients in limb paralysis with spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
