摘 要:本文首先对管子进行热处理得到不同硬度值的管子,然后胀接了锅筒(管板)硬度与管头硬度不同差值的胀接试件,通过密封试验和拉脱试验研究了锅筒(管板)硬度与管头硬度的不同差值对锅炉胀接质量的影响。结果表明:管子平均硬度值与管板硬度值相近时,胀接接头的密封性能差,拉脱力较小;管子平均硬度值低于管板硬度值11HB^41HB时,胀接接头可以获得良好的密封性能和轴向拉脱性能。In this paper, the pipes with different hardness was prepared though the heat treatment. Then boiler barrels were expanded with tube heads, and the hardness difference between boiler barrels and tube heads were different. The influence of hardness difference on expansion quality of the tube boiler was investigated. The results showed that when the average hardness of tube heads was similar to the average hardness of boiler barrels, the sealing and pulled off performance of expanded joints was poor. And the average hardness of tube heads was less than the average hardness of boiler barrels byl 1HB - 41HB, the expanded joints exhibited the good sealing and pulled off performance.
