我国高水平大学基础研究与世界一流水平的群体性差距--基于学科规范化的引文影响力分析

摘　　要：基于爱思唯尔Scopus数据库的学科规范化的论文影响力(FWCI)和基于汤森路透Web of Science数据库的学科规范化的论文影响力(CNCI)是衡量基础研究质量的较好指标。与全球一流大学群体的美国大学协会(AAU)、澳洲八校联盟(Go8)、罗素集团(RG)相比,代表中国大学最高水平的C9高校,在论文规范化影响力上差距较大。虽然与世界一流大学群体的论文产出差距在快速缩小,但面对"跟班式科研"的质疑,我国一流大学应该着力提升基础研究质量,并在实质性国际合作、质量评价导向、高端人才引进等方面进行改革。FWCI and CNCI are the best indicators to measure the quality of basic researches. FWCI means the influence of discipline-standardized citations, based on Scopus database, while CNCI demonstrates the influence of discipline-standardized papers, based on the WoS database. In terms of the standardization of the impact, there is a great gap between the world＇s leading university groups, including American Association of Universities （AAU） , Group of Eight （GOB）, Russell Group （RG）and C9 League, on behalf of the Chinese highest-level universities. Though the gap of papers＇ output is becoming narrower, there are still questions of＂The Mode of Following the scientific researches＂. Under such circumstance, Chinese first-class universities should focus on improving the quality of researches and reforming on the fields of substantive international cooperation, quality evaluation and the introduction of top talents.
