摘 要:目的 :观察早期应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散对早产儿喂养及真菌感染的影响。方法 :将104例30~33周早产儿随机分成2组,对照组给予抗感染及对症支持治疗,益生菌组则加予双歧杆菌三联活菌散。比较两组患儿恢复出生体重时间、达全胃肠喂养时间,住院时间、体重增长速度和真菌感染发病率。结果 :益生菌组恢复出生体重时间、达全胃肠喂养时间、住院时间和真菌感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),益生菌组体重增长速度较对照组快(P<0.05)。结论 :早期应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散有利于早产儿改善胃肠道功能并降低真菌感染发生率。Objective: To study the effects of early application of live combined bifidobacterium, lactobaeillus and enterococcus powder on feeding and fungal infection in premature infants. Methods: One hundred and four cases of 30-33 weeks of premature infants were randomly divided into a control group and a probiotics group. All the infants were given anti- infective and symptomatic supportive therapy while the probiotics group was additionally given live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterocoecus powder. The time for regaining birth weight, reaching total gastrointestinal feeding and hospitalization, body weight growth rate and the morbidity of fungal infection were compared between the two groups. Results: The time for regaining birth weight, reaching total gastrointestinal feeding and hospitalization was shorter and the morbidity of fungal infection was significantly lower and body weight growth rate was faster in the probiotics group than in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Early application of live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder is of benefit to improving the gastrointestinal function and reducing the morbidity of fungal infection in premature infants.
