摘 要:零售药店作为慢性病管理载体优势,可以弥补追踪患者院外后续康复期间的服务缺口。零售药店应抓住三大核心内容、五个关键管理、七项细分工作,引导慢性病患者在康复过程中,以身边的专业药店为健康驿站,医生、药师、家属、患者及社会共同努力,通过干预慢性病患者的健康行为和生活方式来改善和达到慢性病康复治愈的目的。零售药店除了做好药品供应服务以外,更需要利用自身的时间和空间等服务的方便性,跳出慢性病用药本身,更多地从帮助慢性病患者做好膳食调整、运动强化、体质增强、生活习惯改善等基础性健康措施着手,从更大、更广的专业服务范畴上去创新慢性病管理,增加药店与患者的粘性和忠诚度。As the carrier of chronic disease management, retail pharmacies can make up for the gap of patients' followup service. Retail pharmacies should seize the 'three core contents', 'five key managements', 'seven subdivision works', so as to guide the patients with chronic disease to improve and achieve the purpose of cure and rehabilitation of chronic disease by taking nearby drug stores as health stations and intervening the healthy behavior and lifestyle of the patients under the common efforts among doctors, pharmacists, patients, family members and communities during their rehabilitation process. The retail pharmacies should innovate the management of chronic disease, increase the stickiness and loyalty between pharmacy and patient by extending the range of professional services and helping patients with chronic disease adopt better dietary adjustment and appropriate exercise, enhance physical fitness, improve lifestyle besides drug supply services.
