摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对高海拔地区高血压患者血压控制及治疗依从性的影响.方法在对62例高海拔地区高血压患者病情、病程、血压、靶器官的损害程度以及生活习惯、文化程度、职业等情况进行初期评估的基础上,制定个性化的护理干预方案,实施护理干预.通过对患者入院、出院记录对比,判断干预效果.结果 93%的高血压病患者血压得到有效控制,服药等治疗依从性明显提高,90%高血压患者出院时血压达标.结论护理干预可提高高海拔地区高血压患者治疗依从性,血压值降低明显,可操作性与实用性较强,值得在广大高原医疗卫生部门推广应用.to investigate the effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure control and treatment compliance in patients with hypertension at high altitude.Methods：Based on the initial evaluation of blood pressure,target organ damage,living habits,education level,occupation and so on in patients with hypertension disease,62 cases at high altitude were formulated and implemented personalized nursing intervention.By comparing the records of admission and discharge,the effect of intervention was judged.Results：93% of patients with hypertension blood pressure was effectively controlled,medication compliance significantly improved,and the blood pressure reached target blood pressure at discarge in 90% patients with hypertension.Conclusions：Nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension at high altitude,the blood pressure value decreased significantly,which was proved to be operational and practical,it is worthy of popularization and application in the medical and applicatyion in the medical and health departments at plateau.
