摘 要:Cajal间质细胞(ICC)自1893年由Cajal利用亚甲蓝及嗜酸银染色发现以来,引起诸多研究者的关注。最初,研究者主要研究ICC形态学的鉴定、在组织中的亚型及分布特征等。目前,针对ICC的研究主要集中在其与一些疾病的关系及发挥作用的机制。随着膜片钳技术的广泛应用,ICC离子通道调节机制的研究成为热点,这些通道的开关调节ICC的兴奋性,参与其生理功能的各个阶段,但由于离子通道的种类繁多,其完整的调控机制尚不明确。Many scientists are interested in interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) ,since its discovery by Scientist Cajal using methylene blue and acidophilic silver stain in 1893. Initially, researchers focused on the morphology identification, subtypes and distribution in tissues of ICC. At present, the study of ICC is focused on its relationship with some diseases and the mechanism of its function. With the wide application of the patch clamp, mechanism of ion channel has become a hot topic. Switching of these channels regulates the excitability of ICC and participates in various stages of their physiological function. But because ICC contains a variety of ion channels,its complete mechanism is still unclear.
