摘 要:微RNA(miRNA/miR)-155为一种多功能miRNA,参与到感染、免疫、炎症、肿瘤等多种病理生理过程中。miR-155可通过作用于靶基因对免疫细胞产生强大的调控作用,参与到多种免疫相关性疾病的发生、发展中。在银屑病、特应性皮炎、扁平苔藓、硬化性苔藓等多种免疫相关性疾病中均存在miR-155表达异常,并且伴随着辅助性T细胞(Th)1/Th17细胞的分化异常,提示miR-155表达异常与Th1/Th17细胞分化相关,因此miR-155表达异常的研究,对于揭示Th1/Th17细胞分化异常的机制,Th1/Th17异常相关性疾病的发生机制及治疗具有重要意义。MicroRNA(miRNA/miR)-155 is a typical multifunctional miRNA and plays a crucial role in various physiological and pathological processes such as infection, immunity, inflammationand tumor, miR-155 has powerful regulatory functions in immune cells by targeting several specific mRNAs, and participates in the occurrence and development of many immune related diseases. Moreover, aberrant expression of miR-155 is observed in many human immune related diseases, such as psoriasis, atopie dermatitis ,lichen planus,lichen sclerosus, which are related to T helper cell (Th)1/Th17 abnormal differentiation. The study of miR-155 has great significance for revealing the mechanism of abnormal differentiation of Th1/ Th17 cells ,the pathogenesis and treatment of diseases related to abnormal differentiation Th1/Th17.
