摘  要:细胞因子信号转导抑制因子(SOCS)家族由细胞产生,是人体内的一种重要蛋白,与人类疾病有特殊关系。而卵巢癌是妇科恶性肿瘤之一,其病死率高,威胁着女性健康,同时有SOCS基因表达。由于SOCS-1基因在SOCS蛋白家族中占有重要地位,因此可抑制多种细胞因子的信号转导途径。此外,SOCS-1基因在恶性肿瘤细胞中表达减少,其甲基化、突变或缺失对肿瘤的发生、发展起重要作用。且SOCS-1基因的甲基化与卵巢癌的发生、发展有密切联系。因此,可以将SOCS-1基因甲基化作为今后卵巢癌研究的一个新方向。Suppressor of cytokine signaling(SOCS) family is produced by cells,which is an important protein in the human body and has a special relationship with human diseases. Ovarian cancer is one of the gynecological malignancies with SOCS gene expression, high mortality, threatening women's health. Because SOCS-1 plays an important role in the SOCS family,it can inhibit the signal transduction of many cytokines. In addition, SOCS-1 gene expression in malignant tumor cells is decreased, and its methylation, mutation or deletion play an important role in the tumor occurrence and development. And SOCS-1 gene methylation is closely associated with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Therefore, SOCS-1 gene methylation can be a new direction for future ovarian cancer research.
