摘　　要：烧伤是一种常见创伤,随着烧伤的面积和深度增加,机体的代谢紊乱和能量消耗也相应增加。严重烧伤患者常伴有肠黏膜屏障功能不全,所引起的细菌、毒素易位是全身异常炎症反应的重要启动因素,增加不良预后。对于严重烧伤患者使用早期肠内营养能够有效改善烧伤后高代谢状态,维持肠屏障功能,改善患者预后。具体实施过程中最关键在于使用时机,推荐使用早期小剂量滋养性肠内营养。目前对于烧伤患者使用肠内营养已不单为满足营养需求,更在于其营养药理学、微生态免疫方面的重要作用。Burn is a common trauma, with the burn area and depth increases, the body＇s metabolic disorders and energy consumption also correspondingly increase. Severe burn patients are often associated with intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunc- tion,causing bacteria and toxins translocation, which is one of the most important starting factors of abnormal systemic inflammatory response. Early enteral nutrition to severe burn patients can effectively improve post-burn high metabolic state, maintain intestinal barrier function, and improve patient＇s prognosis. The key to the implementation process is timing, and recommend using early low-dose trophic enteral nutrition. Now the use of enteral nutrition in burn patients has not only met the nutritional needs, but also played an important role in nutritional pharmacology, micro-ecological immunization.
