摘 要:糖尿病肾病(DKD)已成为危害人类健康的重要原因,多种途径导致DKD的发生。腱生蛋白C(TNC)作为细胞外基质糖蛋白,不仅存在于多种炎症反应的结果中,还可通过与转化生长因子(TGF)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、Wnt/β-联蛋白(β-catenin)等促炎因子的相互作用共同参与炎症反应的发生、发展,但其在DKD中的具体机制尚不清楚。因此,深入探究其机制将为明确DKD的发病提供新的理论依据,同时也可为找到靶向治疗药物提供新的方向。Nowadays, studies found that diabetic kidney disease (DKD) has become a major threat to human health, as many ways may result in DKD. Tenascin-C (TNC), which is popular recently as an extracellular matrix glyeoprotein, is associated with multiple inflammations. TNC can promote DKD by different pathways through transforming growth factor ( TGF), Toll-like receptors (TLR) 4, platelet derived growth factor ( PDGF ) -BB, Wnt/β-catenin, although the exact mechanism is still not clear in DKD. Therefore, deeper exploration of the mechanisms can provide new theoretical references for the DKD onset, and point out a new direction for finding the targeted therapeutic medication.
