摘　　要：医务工作者是职业暴露的高发群体,且暴露后的危害较重。目前,在我国的医务人员职业防护管理工作中仍然存在防护意识薄弱、防护用品使用不当、操作不规范、漏报率高等问题。建议实施加强培训、合理应用防护物品、规范医疗操作、健全职业防护管理机制等举措,为医务工作者提供良好的职业防护氛围,保障其职业安全。Medical workers are high-risk groups of occupational exposure,and in case of occupational exposure, the harm is serious. At present, there are many problems in occupational protection management in our country weak protection awareness, im- proper use of protective supplies, unstandardized operations, and high rate of missing report. Therefore, some measures, like training, reasonable application of protective supplies, standardized medical operation, improvement in management mechanism of occupational protection should be strengthened so to provide a good professional protective atmosphere for medical workers and ensure their pro- fessional safety.
