摘　　要：首先论述失眠的定义、流行病学、中西医对失眠的认识,其次是对失眠的总结与展望,最后列举贾主任临证加减香砂六君子汤治疗失眠肝脾不调型的验案,体现了贾老师通过调和肝脾、调畅气机治疗肝脾不调型失眠的临床思路。失眠肝脾不调证在贾跃进主任门诊就诊病人中比例较大,是临床上最常见的证型之一,但在《中医内科学》教材中并没有肝脾不调证这一证型,贾跃进主任在中医辨证论治的基础上,运用加减香砂六君子汤治疗失眠肝脾不调证,为中医治疗失眠肝脾不调证提供新的思路。This paper discussed the definition and epidemiology of insomnia,and the understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine firstly. The summary and prospect of insomnia were given secondly. Finally,the clinical practice and example of Jia Yuejin were reviewed as follows： modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating insomnia of DLS type reflects clinical thinking through harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating qi treatment in treating DLS type insomnia. Insomnia syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen in the Jia Yuejin clinic accounted for a larger proportion,and is one of the most common clinical syndromes,but there was not the incoordination between the liver and the spleen syndrome in in the textbook of Internal Medicine of TCM. On the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,Jia Yuejin in the treatment of insomnia syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen provided new ideas for TCM in the treatment of insomnia syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen.
