摘 要:利用自制的膜电极进行膜电容去离子(MCDI)实验,并对离子交换膜的性能指标进行了表征。探讨了各因素对膜电容去离子效果的影响,确定了最佳参数。研究结果表明,对于安装1对电极、电极面积共400 cm2的实验装置,电吸附的最佳操作条件:施加电压1.2 V、进水流速17.0 m L/min、Zn2+45 mg/L,最佳条件下对Zn2+的去除率为97.64%。在对矿山开采废水处理时,MCDI的TDS吸附量为26.61 mg/g,高于电容去离子(CDI)的18.75 mg/g。The membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI) experiment has been implemented with the self-made membrane-electrode,and the performance indexes of ion-exchange membrane characterized. The influences of all the factors on the deionizing effect of membrane capacidance deionization are discussed,and the optimum parameters decided. The research results show that as to the installation of the experimental equipment with a pair of electrodes whose total area is 400 cm2,the optimum operation conditions for electric adsorption are as follows:voltage exerted is1.2 V,influent flow rate 17.0 m L/min,and Zn2+45 mg/L. Under these conditions,the removing rate of Zn2+reaches97.64%,When the mining wastewater is treated,the TDS adsorbing capacity of MCDI is 26.61 mg/g,which is 18.75mg/g higher than that of capacitance deionization(CDI).
