管窥情志因素与妇科疾病的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨情志因素与妇科疾病之间的关系。方法主要通过查阅古文献,研究妇科疾病的发生与七情内伤之间存在的关系。结果不良情志作用于人体后,可使心、肝、脾胃、肾等脏腑功能失常,气血运行紊乱,引起诸如带下病、月经病、不孕症、妊娠病、产后病等各种妇科疾患。结论情志因素在妇科病的发生中占据重要地位。因此临床调理情志成为诊治妇科疾病的关键所在。既然情志的产生来源于五脏气血,因此调畅情志同样也应从调理五脏入手,疏通气血,方可收到事半功倍的疗效。Objective To discuss the relationship between emotional factors and gynecological disease. Methods We researched the relationship between gynecological disease and emotional factors by consulting much ancient literature. Results Emotional factors can lead to the dysfunction of heart,liver,spleen,kidney and other organs,such as disorder of qi and blood,which causes many gynecological diseases.For example,leukorrhagia,menstrual disease,sterility,disease of pregnancy,postpartum disease and so on. Conclusion Emotional factors play an important role in gynecological disease. Emotional conditioning becomes the key to the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological disease.Because qi and blood of five zang produce emotion,we should regulate qi and blood of five zang to obtain the multiple effects.
