摘  要:针对3种不同EGR率(0,10%,20%)条件,进行了柴油机燃用正丁醇/柴油混合燃料B10的排气颗粒热重试验研究,考察了不同EGR率对颗粒热解和燃烧特性的影响,探讨了颗粒的起燃温度、燃尽温度等特征参数以及组分百分比的变化规律,基于Coats-Redfern非等温法,计算并分析了EGR率对颗粒活化能的影响.结果表明:随着EGR率的增加,颗粒的起燃温度降低,燃尽温度升高;颗粒中的挥发性物质所占百分比减小,高沸点挥发性成分以及固定碳颗粒组分有所增加,B10EGR^20%的颗粒中的固定碳颗粒质量分数与B10颗粒相比,增加了23.6%;颗粒的活化能逐渐减小,与B10颗粒相比,B10EGR10%,B10EGR^20%颗粒的活化能分别减小了0.9,1.7 kJ·mol^(-1).With three EGR rates of 0 , 10% and 2 0%,the characteristics of exhaust particles withbutanol/diesel blend of B10 in diesel engine were investigated by thermogravimetric test. The effect ofEGR rate on the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of particles were discussed. The variationcharacteristics of ignition temperature,burnout temperature component percentage were also analyzed.The activation energy of oxidation reaction of the soot in particles was calculated based non isothermal method with different EGR rates. The results show that with the increasithe ignition temperature of particles is decreased with increased burnout temperature,anparticles in percentage are decreased with gradually increased volatile components with high boiling pointand fixed carbon particle fractions. Compared with B10 particles,the percentage of fixed carbon particlesin B10EGR20% paricles is increased by 23. 6% , and the activation energy of particles is decreased gradually. Compared with B10 particles, the activation energy of B10EGR10% and B10EGR20%paricles are reduced by 0. 9 kJ·mol^-1 and 1.7 kJ·mol^-1, respectively.
