摘　　要：收益现值法是将被评估的车辆在剩余寿命期内可能产生的预期收益,折现为评估基准日的现值,借此来确定车辆价值的一种评估方法。文章首先介绍了旧机动车评估收益现值法,然后分析了该方法的适用范围和特点。The present value of income method is a method of assessing the value of a vehicle by assessing the possible return of the vehicle to be evaluated in the remaining life period and discounting it as the present value of the assessment base date.The paper first introduces the present value of the old motor vehicle assessment method,and then analyzes the applicable scope and characteristics of the method.
