摘　　要：在当前煤炭行业经济持续低迷的形势下,涉煤职业院校普遍遭遇了招生的瓶颈期。在全国职业院校林立的当前,涉煤职业院校必须坚持以创新发展理念引领体制机制创新,以协调发展理念引领专业布局,以绿色发展理念引领特色传统,以开放发展理念引领开放办学和国际合作,以共享发展理念引领校企融合和社会服务,围绕煤炭产业链延伸,优化专业结构,不断加强内涵建设,才能实现涉煤职业院校的华丽转身。Under the current situation of sustained economic downturn in the coal industry, the coal-bearing vocational colleges have generally encountered the bottleneck of enrollment.In the national vocational schools everywhere, coal-related vocational col-leges must adhere to the concept of innovation and development to lead the institutional mechanism of innovation, to coordinate the development of the concept of leading the layout of the green development concept to lead the characteristics of tradition open development concept to lead the open school and international cooperation, to share the concept of development to lead the integration of school and social services,around the coal industry chain extension,optimize the professional structure, and constantly strengthen the connotation of construction, in order to achieve the gorgeous turn of the coalrelated vocational institutions.
